Tom Rozier- Owner/Landscape Designer
In 1988, Tom graduated from the University of Arizona, Tucson with a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture. In 1986 he was among an elite group of students selected to study architecture at the prestigious University de la Salle in Mexico City, Mexico. This allowed Tom the opportunity to study under internationally acclaimed architects Luis Barragan and Warren Jones. In 1989 he brought his knowledge and passion for landscape design to Virginia Beach ultimately starting Dreamscape Designers in 1990. Since then, Tom has installed more than 4,500 projects! and Tom’s designs have won more than 55 local and national awards! The Dreamscape Designers’ crew continues to install award-winning landscapes throughout Hampton Roads.
Larry Collins Production Manager/General Manager
Larry has been an essential part of the Dreamscape Designers team for over 30 years, and is responsible for managing the daily operations. His is responsible for overseeing ordering project materials, scheduling projects and assigning crews for installation. Larry ensures all projects are installed according to the design, and to the customer’s satisfaction.
Larry’s years of working with Tom, has given him the experience and insight needed to take designs from plans on paper and bring them to life in the customer’s yard. Larry holds certifications from the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute – ICPI. He is highly skilled in the art of paver walkways, patios, fire fits, fireplaces, artificial putting greens and artificial turf installation. He is a true leader on the Dreamscape Designers Team.
Linda Robus- Office Manager
Linda returned to Virginia Beach in 2009 after living in Naples, Italy with her husband, Chris, and two children, Renee and Keith.
Shortly after moving into their new home, Linda knew they needed to desperately do something with the landscaping. They called Dreamscape Designers and loved what Tom and the crew created. After seeing the dedication and quality of the work and meeting the team, she knew she wanted to be part of Dreamscape Designers. As the Office Manager for more than 10 years, Linda keeps our office and administration running smoothly, and is often the first voice a customer hears.
Tyler Beeman
Tyler Beeman has been part of the Dreamscape Designer team for 10 years. In addition to his decade-long experience, Tyler has extensive knowledge regarding plants and landscaping materials, and is a Cambridge Certified Paver Installer. He specializes in installing water features. From preparation to the final results, Tyler enjoys the entire process of executing an expert design for our customers.
David Ortega
David Ortega has been a dedicated member of the Dreamscape Designer team for seven years. David has extensive knowledge regarding plants, landscaping materials and landscape installation. He specializes in patio pavers and walkways, and is a Cambridge Certified Paver Installer. His enthusiasm for his work is reflected in the quality of projects he helps install.
